At BudgetBytez, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below to understand your options.

1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1 Products are eligible for return if they meet the following criteria:

    The item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
    The return request is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

1.2 Products are not eligible for return if:

    The item was damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
    The return request is made after 30 days from the delivery date.
    The item is marked as “final sale” or non-returnable on the product page.

2. Return Process

2.1 To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    Contact our customer support team at budgetbytez.contact@gmail.com or fill the contact form with your order number, photos or videos of the defective or damaged item, and a brief explanation of the issue.
    Await further instructions from our team regarding the return procedure.

2.2 Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label or instructions on where to send the product. Pack the product in its original packaging and paste the return shipping label on top it, after removing all other stickers/addresses.

2.3 Our supplier upon receiving the return package will verify the products for their completeness and upon successful verification, will process the refund to us.

2.4 We will then process to refund to your account from which the original payment was made.

3. Exchanges

3.1 If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

4.1 If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered:

    Notify us within 7 days of delivery by providing photos or videos of the issue.
    We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, as per your preference.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

5.1 BudgetByte will cover the cost of return shipping if:

    The item is defective, damaged, or not as described. 

5.2 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if:

    The return is due to reasons other than a defect or error on our part (e.g., buyer’s remorse).

6. Customs and Duties

6.1 Any customs duties or taxes paid on the order are non-refundable.
6.2 Customers are responsible for any customs fees incurred when returning items.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

    Personalized or customized items.
    Consumable products, such as batteries or cleaning supplies.
    Gift cards or store credits.
